Accept an incoming FT, then you have an intermediate window that tells about connection establishing status. When the connection is established and transfer begins, that window closes and the FT manager pops into the foreground, with focus on the "Hide" button. I often talk to the one who's sending me a file meanwhile so at least some characters will get lost into the FT manager until it hides and I have to look what has happened there. (Nothing bad, only hidden the window, but anyway).

Another related problem: When a FT is cancelled remotely, I can hear the sound of a message box. But nothing happens. Then I have to check through all applications where that sound might have come from. Finally, I see that the Psi FT manager has a warning about the cancelled FT open. At least some window flashing would be fine here!

We'll overhaul the file transfer dialogs in 0.13 ( I hope ).

Probably we want some roster-based indication that file transfers are ongoing, or allow the window to be tabbed with chatdlg etc.
