Migrating to other accounts seems to happen more than we'ld want. Even though there is JRU for this, people keep asking for migration using Psi.
This could be implemented by allowing dragging (of multiple rosteritems) from account to account.

This should be done so any drag object that carries a JID can be dropped onto an account.
