- also allow custom (using click etc. to rename as you can now)
- Allow revert back to whatever the config default is (nick, fn, jid, etc.)

In config dlg, allow user to select which field(s) are snagged from the vcard. If selected vcard field is empty, fallback to jid.

Additionally:
- when adding a user, use the nick entry from VCard only if you leave the Nick entry empty.
